Safety and Prevention

CLTCC and the CLTCC Alexandria Campus are committed to your safety. Be it in the classroom, lab settings, shop settings, or campus areas, we promote safety, sanitation, and security.

CLTCC has partnered with the City of Alexandria's Harbor Patrol for service and response to students’ needs.  In the unfortunate event students or staff should have a safety concern, we encourage notifying the appropriate CLTCC staff member. Of course, if there is a security concern requiring immediate response, please call one of the following numbers: For Medical, Fire, or Police emergency call “911” from your phone.

Videos are shared in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of the City of Alexandria, the Alexandria Police Department, and the APD Harbor Patrol.  We encourage you to watch them to learn more about personal safety when downtown. CLTCC wishes to thank Alexandria Mayor Jeffrey Hall and Police Chief Jarrod King and their staffs for their leadership in producing these videos.
